Project 1 : Mobile Application Proposal

You are required to redesign an existing app that you find unsatisfactory in terms of the user experience or interface design is subject to preliminary approval by the module coordinator. Students need to do surveys, interviews, market studies and research on the selected topic.

So from week 1 to week 2, first we need to find out about 3 mobile apps and do a proposal, and then after selecting, select one app to do the final proposal.

For the 3 options , I chose AirChina , McDonald's, and Spotify.

Week 2：Every app must have three shortcomings; modify and supplement.

Week 3： Each page needs to add functions, Weakness and strength

Competitive analysis is two parts, and find the demographic of this app again.
