Introduction
- Visual analysis?
- visual analysis is a method of understanding art that focuses on an artwork's visual elements, such as color, line, texture, and scale. In its strictest definition, it is a description and explanation of visual structure for its own sake.

your observations, description, and
analysis of the work are fused with facts about the design
work (and in some cases the designer) and historical
context that you find in trustworthy published sources.
More importantly, I did face
unfair treatment in the field of
gender, such as prejudice,
believing that boys can't do
things that girls can't do, or
outright denying girls the
ability. So that's why I want to
choose the topic of women's
equality

2 .
The white background picture highlights the two gender roles, and the embodiment of women means that women need to fight for gender equality more specifically for every woman. Short hair, break the stereotype that women are long hair, it appears that women are more tenacious, with a strong spirit
3 .
This is the prototype of the design I wanted. The expression connotation is not high profile, but it reveals the lethality. Highlighting is also my usual technique in design. A strong contrast will make me feel more at ease, because it will help readers not look confused when they see my design and cannot understand my expression. I like abstract and artistic expression, but I prefer obscure but
So now it's about my DESIGN!!!

Idea explorations
👇
This is my first draft. I've got a rough idea in my head, and this is my sketch. The two hands respectively represent the opposite gender, and shaking hands with each other represents absolute equality, but I don't want to make them too specific, because this is a process that needs to be fought, so they shake hands with each other, but it is easy to dissipate, which also means that the power of unity can stick together
Because I didn't want to make them specific, I blurred the lines, but used the more common colors to represent their genders. Dense debris scattered around the area also represents fragility. In the background picture, I used soft and warm colors to highlight women's awareness of fighting for gender equality
So this is my final design of visual analysis for ACHIEVE GENDER EQUALITY AND EMPOWER ALL WOMEN AND GRILS

final reflection
In this semester, from being at a loss at the beginning, I have learned a lot of knowledge in design, such as design principles including emphasis, prominence, balance and so on. I also learned a lot of extracurricular knowledge, and the task made me more motivated to explore new knowledge. Another example is visual analysis. It was because of this topic that I first learned about and entered the official website of UNSDG and learned that there were so many world goals related to the earth and human beings. It was very profound and knowledge kept rushing towards me like an ocean. In this seven-week short semester, I have learned a lot. It is also the first time for me to study abroad in my life. I feel deeply and feel very happy and fulfilled.
